The best thing that I have seen people who have won against psoriasis is the diet. Faulty and wrong dietary habits leads to triggering of psoriasis skin problems and person becomes helpless. Natural psoriasis treatment also helps in treatment of skin problems.

In my long practice and various clinical trials I have seen that people who are suffering from this unwanted skin problem called psoriasis generally have poor digestive system. More over this poor digestive health leads to retention of more toxins in the body hitting body badly with the disease.

 Fruits and vegetables – these provides you with the wonderful antioxidants thara re essential to boost the immune system of the body.  2 to 4 servings of fruit and about 5 servings of vegetables helps in solving the purpose.

Grains – it is important to take about 5 to 11 servings of whole grain preferably organic one. These can be gained through whole grain bread, cereals and pasta. Oat meals and brown rice are also said to be a good source of whole grains.

Legumes – legumes plays an important role in proving balance and detox to the body. These are available in beans, peas, lentils and various nuts.

Soy – soy is a good source of protein. One to two portions of soy products like tofu, soy milk and nuts of soya.

Fats – fats also plays an important part in achieving relief from skin problems. About 4 to 8 servings of fats are essential in our diet to get rid of these skin problems.

Sea food - sea food is rich source of iodine. This is also of great help to the skin and skin related issues. 3 to 4 servings of sea food help in proving enough nourishment to make body fight skin problems.  These can be attained from tuna, salmons and mackerels.
